For me it has mostly been curiosity and taking risks (calculated ones ofcourse), that give me that courage. I never really realised what was so courageous about it, until I went on these trips and almost everyone told me it’s a bold thing to do. I was just having fun exploring!

There is a saying about the two paths, fear and love: recognize the fear as just that and take the path of love, love of life. Want to go somewhere, look a the calander and find your open days and just buy the ticket, that is the hardest first step, once you do that, you have already conquered the fear. If you know the fire is lit, they the meal is already cooked.
